    • The company focuses on finding the right product and qualified clients, so we can allow the sales agent to  focus on serving the client and closing deals.
    • There is a big difference between a regular real estate company and us. A national franchise or local broker will make you pay a monthly fee and share your commissions. You must go out and hassle to find clients and then you need to find the product. Look into the MLS, drive to see properties, pre-qualify them and then take the client and close the deal.
    • For real estate agents in this environment, it is very difficult to compete because there are few customers as well as few worthy products. In our company we connect the real estate agent with the client. We have an excellent marketing system with hundreds of clients wanting to work with us. The agent does not do any marketing, advertising or cold calling to find clients. The company will assign clients to agents depending on personality tests, workloads and effective closings. We even go one step further, we will give the agent a pre-qualified investment-grade product specifically geared towards the needs and wants of the client. The agent only needs to service the client, move efficiently and quicker, write the offer and close the deal!
