I have wanted to write this page for a few weeks as of Friday, February 29, 2008. I asked a few of my clients to write their experience with me and my services. It is very important for me to let you know that I have helped investors create equity and wealth. I really believe I have a unique system to be successfully in residential real estate investment. Some of my investors use their own money to purchase properties, like retirement accounts, savings from their personal business and investments. Other investors use lines of credits, loans from banks, hard money lenders or loans from friends and family. In any case, every time they purchase a home they increase their net worth by $20,000 to $30,000 only by purchasing homes with an appraised value of $90,000 to $100,000. Some clients prefer high end properties with prices above $500,000. However, most of our clients stay in middle income properties between $120,000 and $250,000.
